River is the product of a breeding of our Tilly who is the daughter of Eng. Import, Am. Ch. Langshott Gale Force From Kimvalley and Strutt's sister HySpire Sounds of Murphy ( can be seen at the Maritimelabs website), when we bred her to frozen semen on Copsehill Moonlight Classique "Freddie". Freddie was imported from England to Holland by Marie Louise Haersma de With, Withara Labs. Autumn Davidson,DVM (Clarion Labs) obtained frozen semen on Freddie several years ago and we were fortunate enough to use some of this frozen semen and River is the product of this breeding.
We are excited because River will be a wonderful outcross for the Gary daughters, Brodie daughters, Clark daughters and our own Travis, Moby, Morgan, etc. kids. He brings some wonderful old English pedigrees to our breeding program. We are pleased to bring in more of the Blondella lines. However we dont believe in just "breeding a pedigree" and the dog must structurally be a good match as well and it appears River is going to be that match as well. He has beautiful angles front and rear. Even at just six months he has a wonderfully strong rear. He has a lovely sidegait when he moves, a lovely head and wonderful coat and we adore his friendly outgoing temperament. Like I said, we are excited.
